These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and playpk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the playpk website accessible at https://playpk.bet and all associated services, products, features, and content offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, accessing your playpk account, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and close your playpk account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain a playpk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. playpk applies a strict 21+ age policy across the entire Platform without exception.
• You are registering voluntarily as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes and not acting on behalf of a third party or commercial enterprise.
• You have not previously been excluded from playpk or had a playpk account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of playpk or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not using any VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to conceal your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing any restriction applied by playpk.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Each player may register only one (1) playpk account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, playpk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

During registration and at any subsequent time upon request, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. playpk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of address documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses are processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your playpk account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. playpk will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or live chat.

You must notify playpk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your playpk account. playpk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to the Company receiving such notification and taking remedial action.

Sharing your account credentials with any third party, including family members, is strictly prohibited. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be attributed to you and governed by these Terms. playpk reserves the right to suspend or close any account where shared access or credential compromise is suspected.

All playpk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). playpk supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency options. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each channel are displayed within your playpk account dashboard at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your playpk account balance following successful confirmation from the payment processor. In the event of a technical delay, you should contact support with your transaction reference number. playpk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages beyond our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your playpk account KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified playpk account identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be satisfied before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, unless the bonus is forfeited.
• playpk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds in accordance with AML obligations.
• Deposit-only payment methods may not be eligible for withdrawals. In such cases, playpk will direct funds to an eligible channel registered to your account.

playpk does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, certain payment processors may apply their own transaction charges. playpk will endeavour to inform you of any such charges where they are known in advance.

By placing any bet, wager, or game stake on the playpk platform, you accept the specific rules applicable to that product — including sportsbook, cricket betting, live betting, casino games, slots, and any other gaming product made available on the Platform. Product-specific rules are published within each respective section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

All bets are accepted at playpk's sole discretion. playpk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without notice or explanation, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced or concluded ("late bets").
• The odds or lines were subject to a manifest error or pricing mistake.
• The bet is placed in a manner that constitutes or is suspected to constitute arbitrage, match exploitation, or systematic bonus abuse.
• Unusual betting patterns trigger our risk management system.
• Applicable event or market rules deem the bet void (e.g., match abandoned, player withdrew before play).

For live in-play betting markets, playpk's platform relies on data feeds from third-party providers. In the event of a feed delay or error, bets placed on incorrect in-play data may be voided. playpk will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on delayed or inaccurate data feeds.

Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. playpk does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

playpk offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated within the individual promotion details page.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds separate from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be completed.
• Not all games or betting markets contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus balances will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Only one welcome or first-deposit bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or payment method.
• playpk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable notice.

Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated bonus exploitation between players, or any other conduct designed to circumvent bonus terms, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the playpk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with playpk support.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors on the Platform to generate winnings or circumvent controls. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing or having access to inside information regarding a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
• Conducting systematic arbitrage betting or any betting strategy designed specifically to exploit pricing inefficiencies as a guaranteed profit mechanism.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing playpk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.

All content on the playpk Platform — including but not limited to the playpk brand name, logo, domain name, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of playpk or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any playpk content without prior written authorisation from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, playpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, even if playpk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. playpk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service interruptions may affect Platform availability from time to time. playpk will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance wherever possible.

playpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your playpk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the playpk Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains in detail how playpk collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

By registering a playpk account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting playpk support, subject to the understanding that certain data processing activities are required by law (such as AML record-keeping) and cannot be discontinued on withdrawal of consent alone.

playpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

If you feel that your gambling has become problematic or is causing harm to yourself or others, you should immediately activate a self-exclusion through your playpk account or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are enforced for a minimum of six (6) months and may be extended on request. playpk will not market to self-excluded players during their exclusion period.

playpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, playpk will provide reasonable notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect any revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence framework under which playpk operates.

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact playpk's support team in writing at [email protected] with a full description of your complaint. playpk commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a full written response within thirty (30) days of receipt. If the internal resolution process does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under playpk's gaming licence.

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game round must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. playpk will not consider retrospective claims raised outside this window. All decisions regarding bet settlement and game outcomes are final once the applicable review window has closed.
